About RPM Coaching and Mentoring

We at RPM would be honored to assist you and partner with you through our mentoring programs for your growth and development. Our founders, Luis and Pamela Castillo, were married in 1986 and are the parents of six children and four grand-children. They are originally from Illinois and have lived in Georgia since 2004. 

It was in response to a prophetic word that they received and believed in January of 2015 that started them down the road they are currently traveling. Luis was later ordained in 2015 through The Missionary Church International. Since then, they both have functioned as ministers, beginning as members of the prophetic team at Glory City Church Atlanta and are now leading the efforts to establish a powerful and effective intercessory ministry there.

God has confirmed through a number of people that God has blessed Luis with a strong teaching anointing and his wife with the anointing to paint prophetically and to function as prophetic intercessors. They have also established and led a team of prophetic intercessors that gathers weekly for prayer and encouragement. It was during that time that they began to sense that there was more that the Lord had more in store for their prophetic calling and ministry. 

Pamela and Luis began hosting prophetic workshops twice a year at their church to help members and visitors learn more about the prophetic ministry they were experiencing at Glory city Church. Out of those sessions came members of the current prophetic team along with the vision for creating an organization that would provide more in-depth training and mentoring on the prophetic in addition to the rest of the fivefold ministry.  

They have been leading the prophetic team at Glory City Church Atlanta since 2016 and have seen God grow the prophetic ministry and mature the members who took part in the small group that met in their home for a year as they studied and learned about each other, the office of the prophet, along with functioning in their prophetic gifting.  They are now in the midst of establishing a ministry of intercession at their church. Their desire is to transform their church into a 21st century "ecclesia" which operates with the full legislative capacity given to it by Christ to transform their community and then the nation.

Since then Luis felt led to begin using social media to reach the masses outside the four walls of Glory City Church Atlanta and make available to individuals, churches and small groups coaching and mentoring to duplicate what God has done through them and to establish the fivefold ministry. This gave birth to RPM Coaching and Mentoring. 

RPM Coaching and Mentoring (RPM) is an apostolic and prophetic organization whose primary purpose is to facilitate the development of God's spiritual gifts in His children. We assist members of the church at large in understanding how to use their gifts in the marketplace as well as in the body of Christ through our mentoring programs. What started out as an introduction workshop to the prophetic ministry has now grown to  include the study of the entire fivefold ministry functioning in the body of Christ. 

At RPM our vision for each workshop is to introduce, instruct and help implement each office and gifts of the fivefold ministry to the body of Christ at large as it is taught in the scripture. For those whose gifting and calling is prophetic and/or apostolic in nature, we believe this may be a platform for networking with those whose calling is similar as well as learning how to apply the prophetic and apostolic calling outside the four walls of the church. 

We believe that the church of Jesus Christ is meant to influence the cultures of the world by invading, conquering and reclaiming the seven mountains of influence in every nation. We boldly proclaim that the church is not a building. We do not “go to church” or “attend church”. The saints of God “are the church”. Wherever we go, the church goes and every member of the church is gifted and authorized to carry the presence and power of God to the world. At RPM we are positioned to awaken every believer to this truth.

Those in the church that are called to go to the other mountains of influence and occupy are advised to not go alone. We also advise them to acquire the assistance of and partner with apostolic intercessors who are also called to the seven mountains. These intercessors are graced and gifted to “stand in the gap” for those sent to the mountains to provide direction, wisdom, and insight to ensure long-term success.

We see every member of the church as sanctified and beloved children, seated at the right hand of the Father, with rights, privileges and delegated authority to establish and expand His kingdom in the earth. We want to share that revelation through coaching, mentoring, prophecy, videos, and art. 

The Father has given Luis and Pamela the assignment of revealing His nature through prophetic ministry (His Rhema and Art). They continue to serve and lead RPM and are now helping establish a ministry for intercession at Glory City Church Atlanta .  

At RPM we want to stay in alignment with the prophetic word Pamela and Luis received not long ago to help the church of Jesus Christ fulfill its mission - "to make disciples of all nations" through the fivefold ministry. The following is an excerpt from that prophetic word:

“I see a bunch of keys hanging over your head. I see the Key of David. The Key that I have given you, you’ll open doors, even for others, not just for you. What you cause to happen for others God will cause to happen for you.

You’ve done it before and you will do it again. I have kept an open door for you no man can shut. And what you shut no man can open, and what you open no man can shut. And the Lord is authorizing you to open it for many people, for many ministries, many churches. I see closed churches re-opening because of you, closed churches, closed moves of God, revival, prayer, prayer shut down in many places. But you are going to re-open it prophetically. you are going to take the key and do a prophetic act and it’s going to open in those churches, even for children, you’re going to open.

Open wealth, God is trusting you, God is trusting you with wealth of the nations. And I see you in Israel, I see nations of the world supporting those children, taking care of those children. Supporting ministries that take care of those children. Even the destitute, even the prostituted, even those that are institutionalized. You’re taking care of them, taking care of them. Rescuing them. Rescue operations. God is going to put instructions in your heart and you are going to do it.

But I want you to know the best is yet to come. An apostolic and prophetic mandate, a company of apostles and prophets will surround you even as David was surrounded by prophets you will be surrounded with prophetic people, you will be surrounded with prophetic voices around you. You will raise prophetic intercessors around you. Go with the strength of the Lord that God has given you and you will do great exploits, great exploits. God’s going to use you for ministry, to build His kingdom, to build His church, in Jesus’ name.

And I see a company of prophetic apostolic marketplace people. There are businessmen you are going to release into the kingdom of God.”
